 Buffalo HT Fan Company Inc. offers the following services.


Shop Balancing:
- rotors up to 84" diameter (overhung) or
  72" diameter (centerhung), with shaft   diameters up to 10", and maximum rotor   and shaft weights of 6,500 pounds.


Field Balancing:
- available for any manufacturer's fans,        blowers, and exhausters.
- also available: detailed fan inspection,        vibration & bearing analysis services.
Dynamic balancing of a large diameter overhung PW type fan wheel.
Performing field balancing and bearing analysis on a 200 HP baghouse fan.

Laser Alignment:
- for direct coupled (Arr. #4, #7, or #8)   fans, blowers, and exhausters.
- for v-belt driven (Arr. #1, #2A, #3, #9,
  and #10) fans, blowers, and exhausters.

Field Services:
- bearing services; damper repairs and   replacement; v-belt drive or coupling   repairs; turnkey on-site services, including   on-site fan rebuilding.
Laser aligning a 250 HP motor and Dodge ParaFlex coupling on a 60" diameter BC type fan.
  
Turnkey installation of a large boiler ID fan replacement rotor assembly and inlet cones.
